TEB tani po kërkon kandidatë të kualifikuar për pozitën Asistent i Portfolios për Mbështetje të Biznesit për Regjionin e Prishtinës.

Përgjegjësitë

Nën mbikëqyrjen e eprorit direkt dhe me qëllim të fitim të njohurive profesionale, Praktikanti do të marr pjesë në:

• Asistimin e Zyrtarëve të Portfolios për NVM në detyrat opearacionale të përditshme
• Kompletimin e dosjeve të klientëve për tu siguruar që të gjitha dokumenetet e nevojshme për produktin bankar që klienti aplikon të skanohen dhe arhivohen me saktësi.
• Asiston Zyrtarët e Portfolios në hapjen e llogarive të klientëve të biznesit, hapjen e E-banking produktit, hapjen llogarive për POS, TEB Mobile, procesimin e transfereve bankare, etj.
• Në baza të rregullta bën promocione dhe vizita tek klientët në terren së bashku me Zyrtartët e Portfolios për NVM
• Promovon produktet dhe shërbimet e bankës tek klientët e biznesit, dhe i udhëzon në përdorimin e kanaleve alternative për shërbimet që TEB Sh.A. ofron.
• Përfaqëson Bank-ën në mënyre të matur dhe efikase.

Kualifikimet e kërkuara:

• Preferohet diplomë e universitetit Ekonomik ose Administrim Biznesi
• Të ketë njohuri mbi produktet dhe shërbimet bankare
• Të jetë efikas në shitje apo marketing te produkteve të bankes
• Shkathtësi të shkëlqyeshme komunikuese
• Të ketë imazh profesional, etikë dhe sjellje të mira
• Njohuri bazike në Excel dhe Word te MS Office
• Efikas në punë ekipore
• Njohuri të mira të gjuhës angleze
• Licencë drejtimi automobili Kategoria B

Ofrohet kontratë praktike për gjashtë muaj.

Internship Opportunity

TEB is now seeking for candidates for the position of Business Support Portfolio Assistant in Prishtina Region.

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the immediate supervisor and with aim to gain professional acknowledge, the Intern will participate in:

• Assisting SME Portfolio Officers on operational daily duties.
• Completing client files in order to ensure that all necessary documents related to the banking product client applied to be scanned and filed with accuracy.
• Assisting SME Portfolio Officers on opening business client’s accounts, opening of E-banking product, opening accounts for POS, TEB Mobile, processing transfers, etc.
• On regular basis does promotions and client visits in field together with SME Portfolio Officers.
• Promotes banking products and services to business clients and instructs them to use alternative channels for services that TEB Sh.A. offers.
• Represent the Bank in the efficient manner

Qualifications required:

• Preferred university degree in Economics or Business Administration
• Having knowledge of the Bank’s products and services
• To be efficient in sales or marketing of bank products
• Excellent communication skills
• Having professional image, ethics and good behavior
• Basic knowledge in Excel and Word of MS Office
• Efficient in team work
• Good knowledge of English Language
• Driving license Category B

Six months internship contract will be offered.
