• Kompleton dokumentacionin e klientëve rreth shërbimeve bankare
• Të arkivojë dokumentet bankare
• T’i asistojë klientët në përdorimin e ATM dhe kanaleve tjera alternative në rast nevoje.

Kualifikimet e kërkuara:

• Preferohet Diploma e universitetit Ekonomik ose Administrim Biznesi
• T’i kuptoj produktet dhe shërbimet bankare
• Shkathtësi të shkëlqyeshme komunikuese dhe aftësi për të ndërtuar relacione të mira me klientë
• Njohuri të mira të MS Office
• Efikas në punë ekipore
• Aftësi të shkëlqyera të gjuhës angleze
• Preferohet ketë patentë shoferi

TEB is now seeking for qualified candidates for the position of Branch Operations Assistant – Intern for Prishtina Region.

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the immediate supervisor and with aim to gain professional acknowledge, the

Intern will participate in:

• Assisting branch staff on their daily operational duties
• Scanning the documents for workflows, job demands and requests for documents from other Departments.
• Completing documentation regarding banking services taken
• Filing of banking documents
• Assisting customer on using ATM and other ADC channels when necessary.

Qualifications required:

• Preferably university degree in Economics or Business Administration
• Understanding of banking products and services
• Excellent communication skills with the internal/external customers
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• Efficient in team work
• Excellent level of English Language
• Preferably to have Driving License

Six months internship contract will be offered.
