Vacancy: Fullstack Developer (Python-focused, with NodeJS experience)
Introduction
For a Dutch client, we are looking for a motivated, independent Fullstack Developer. You will work fully remote from Kosovo and help build smart, data-driven solutions in the retail industry. The focus is on Python and backend development, with some work in NodeJS.
About the client
Our client is a well-known retail marketing company from the Netherlands. They help retailers grow by giving support on strategy and operations. They use data, marketing, and technology to help brands stay relevant in a fast-changing world.
What will you do?

• Build and improve backend systems using Python
• Write and improve SQL queries (we use BigQuery)
• Build APIs and backend services using NodeJS
• Work on ETL pipelines and connect systems
• Help sometimes with frontend tasks (not required)
• Work in a small remote team with freedom and clear communication

What do you bring?

• 3+ years of experience with Python in backend projects
• Good experience with NodeJS for backend tasks
• Strong skills in SQL, BigQuery is a plus
• Interest or experience in working with data (ETL, pipelines)
• Some experience or interest in JavaScript is a plus
• Comfortable with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS
• Able to work alone and take ownership
• You speak and write English at a professional level (B2)

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or machine learning in backend
• Experience with API connections, ETL tools, or DevOps
• Knowledge of real-time data or retail technology

The client is building a product that gives a full 360-degree view of omnichannel data. It is a platform for retailers and brands. It helps them see all their sales data in one place, so they can make smart decisions and take fast action.
