Job Title: AI/ML Developer (Data Parsing Specialist)

The chosen candidate will lead the effort to parse unstructured data into the structured formats required for our client’s tender data storage and management project. Additionally, you will work on cutting-edge projects that involve ranging from extracting tender attachments/documents to suggesting future suppliers for our clients, creating value-added AI products, and more.

Job Description:

1. Develop algorithms and models to parse unstructured data into structured formats such as cpvCode, title, description, typeOfDocument, dataSource, referenceNumber, and other relevant data from diverse sources and languages.
2. Collaborate closely with teams to enhance data extraction capabilities, focusing on tender attachments/documents including excel, Word, and PDF files, and ensuring visibility of participation criteria for customers.
3. Improve data storage methods for pharmaceutical companies’ product supply lists to enable more efficient data extraction.
4. Utilize AI to support the bidding process, handling responses, inquiries, and participation requests with efficiency and accuracy.
5. Create predictive models to identify potential supplier changes and enhance client services.
6. Drive the development of an AI-based product that generates business opportunities based on customer data, focusing on maximizing customer benefit and value.
7. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of developed applications meet high standards.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and data parsing techniques.
• Solid programming skills in Python, and/or R.
• Experience with data manipulation libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of Deep Learning models and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Previous experience working with text parsing libraries like NLTK, Spacy, Gensim, or StanfordNLP.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, data parsing, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in databases and cloud services.
