We are looking for a highly productive and independent AI-Assisted Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our team remotely. This role focuses on creating a large volume of content (500+ posts/week) using AI tools for our social media, blogs, and website.

Job Summary:

This role is key to our strategy of producing a high volume of quality content for our social media, blogs, and website. You will write, edit, and publish diverse content, heavily using AI tools to boost output and efficiency, aiming to increase online visibility and engagement by delivering at least 500 content pieces weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a content plan to produce 500+ posts weekly for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Medium, and blogs.
• Use AI tools extensively to draft, improve, and optimize content like social media posts, blog articles, and product descriptions.
• Write engaging product descriptions for our website.
• Manage company social media accounts (scheduling, monitoring, responding).
• Source visuals using AI image tools or stock libraries (no graphic design needed).
• Apply basic SEO to improve content visibility.
• Monitor trends and competitor activities for new content ideas.
• Work independently to manage content calendars and meet deadlines.
• Analyze content performance and adjust strategies.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Some experience in content creation or social media management.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to produce 500+ content pieces weekly.
• Proficient with AI content generation tools.
• Familiar with major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Medium).
• Experience writing product descriptions.
• Can work independently and manage time effectively (remote).

Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and analytically-minded Data Controller to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy through reconciliations, number matching, and error detection across our financial systems. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

On-site position (No remote work available)

Schedule

Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed reconciliations between various financial systems and data sources to ensure data integrity
• Match and verify sales and purchase transactions across multiple platforms and currencies
• Identify discrepancies, errors, and anomalies in financial data (monetary values, transaction counts, inventory levels)
• Conduct thorough investigations to resolve identified issues and document findings
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment
• Develop and implement data-driven recommendations for optimizing inventory management
• Verify and resolve clients’ billing issues promptly and efficiently
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of reconciliation processes and results
• Participate in the continuous improvement of control systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Contribute to the development of automated solutions for data validation and reconciliation
• Work independently on assigned tasks while meeting strict deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resolve complex issues

Core Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial data analysis, reconciliation, or similar role
• Excel mastery: Advanced functions, pivot tables, and data manipulation techniques
• Sharp eye for detail with ability to spot numerical inconsistencies and patterns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset for investigating discrepancies
• Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management with ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks
• Professional English proficiency (C1 level)
• Process-oriented thinking with focus on continuous improvement
• Experience with financial systems and data validation techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial or ERP systems
• Background in accounting or financial reporting
• Familiarity with data visualization tools
• Understanding of internal control principles
