• Monitoron proceset dhe procedurat në qendrën e thirrjeve dhe rekomandon zgjidhjen më të mirë me të re dhe funksionale

• Së paku të jetë Student në fakultetin Ekonomik
• Të kuptoj ambientin e biznesit, trendet dhe zhvillimet specifike te tij
• T’i kuptoj produktet dhe shërbimet bankare
• Shkathtësi të shkëlqyeshme komunikuese
• Njohuri të mira të MS Office
• Efikas në punë ekipore
• Aftësi të shkëlqyera të gjuhës angleze

Puna zhvillohet me ndërrime- Qendra e Thirrjes punon 24 orë.

Ofrohet kontratë praktike për 6 muaj

TEB Sh.A. is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Call Center Agent to be recruited in Call Center Unit in Head Office/Prishtinë.

Main responsibilities:

• Answering professionally all calls received, assisting customers on their each request or complaint / problem they are facing, calm and careful on giving best professional service to customers.
• Based on banks needs to call customers, be for informing them about bank products or other duties / administrative tasks assigned
• Monitors processes and procedures in call centre and gives adequate recommandations for better service and functionality of call centre.

Qualifications required:

• At least an active student on Faculty of Economics
• Knowledge of business environment, trends and specific developments of industry
• Understands bank products and services
• Perfect communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent Team Member
• Excellent knowledge of English language

Working schedule is with shifts-Call Center operates 24/7

6 months internship contract is being offered
