Key Responsibilities:

• Manage direct and programmatic ad campaign delivery and optimization
• Monitor campaign performance and delivery (viewability, completion rates, pacing, brand safety, capping, etc.)
• Optimize campaigns based on buyer KPIs and ensure margin performance
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot escalations, and debug issues with creatives or campaign delivery
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Product teams for effective campaign setup and invoicing
• Leverage 1st and 3rd-party data for campaign enhancement
• Participate in strategic inventory initiatives, yield optimization, and premium offering packaging
• Attend regular business review and technical meetings
• Support product deployments from an operational point of view
• Identify market needs that require technical development or product improvements

• 5+ years of experience in Ad Operations or as a Technical Account Manager in the digital advertising industry
• Solid knowledge of technical advertising standards: VAST, VPAID, ad-serving platforms, SSPs, DSPs
• Good understanding of web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, JSON
• Experience in programmatic environments (Trading Desks, DSPs, ad networks, etc.) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities — able to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
