About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our Accounting
Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the accounts receivable
department by performing accounts receivable functions, and working with a team of accounting (AR,
AP, Invoicing, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice our hotel partners promptly and follow up accordingly
• Keep tracking the past-due invoices and collecting outstanding debts
• Handle customers questions or complaints
• Reconcile bank and check payments
• Update account status and database regularly
• Reconcile customer balance statements
• Assist with month-end close and run monthly reports as required
• Assists with special accounting projects as needed
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience (1+ years) with AR responsibilities. Preferable to have experience with US
  companies
• Food & Beverage Finance background or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
• Great communication skills – verbal and written
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to solve problems, keep clean records and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
