Job Overview:
Join Royal York Property Management as an Accounts Payable/Receivable and play a critical role in the financial operations of our organization. This position requires a proactive approach to managing financial transactions, from processing payments to handling invoices and maintaining up-to-date financial records. Your contribution will help uphold our reputation for financial accuracy and reliability, enhancing our vendor and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions and record keeping with a focus on process optimization.
  • Process and verify transactions, ensuring timely payments to vendors and accurate billing to clients.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Contribute to the financial month-end close process, ensuring comprehensive financial reporting.
  • Engage with various departments to improve financial processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations, with a strong foundation in transaction processing.
  • Proficiency with modern accounting software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
