FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT 

Our online shop transacts in more than 100 currencies from all countries of the world, it is localized in many languages. We serve cross-platform B2C and B2B sales channels on all continents. We create, develop and support complex sales, administrative and technical systems for telecom business.

We are looking for a skilled versatile Financial Accountant to perform a variety of accounting, order processing and financial tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Generating and processing invoices,
• Verifying discrepancies and resolving clients’ billing issues,
• Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables,
• Providing accounting and clerical support to the accounting department,
• Practicing effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner,
• Verifying invoices against received orders and ensuring goods were well received from vendors,
• Tracking inventory levels to ensure that orders are filled accurately and efficiently, and placing the orders,
• Entering order details to track costs and profits,
• Answering questions about order status and product information to help resolve customer concerns,
• Reconciliations with subcontractors.

Requirement and Skills:

• Education in finances, accounting, economics,
• Work experience as an economist, accountant or financier for min 2 years,
• Knowledge of English (professional level),
• Desire to learn and apply new things,
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail,
• Data entry skills,
• Aptitude for numbers,
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets (excel),
• Excellent research and record-keeping skills,
• Customer service orientation,
• Well organized.

Location: rr. Ilir Konushevci, 159, Pristina, No remote

Mandatory language: English

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm, 30 minutes lunch break
