Accounting Analyst (US-based Experience)

We’re searching for an experienced Financial Analyst possessing strong communication skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical and operational strengths to assist our Director of Finance with specific deliverables, ad-hoc projects, and cross-functional research and collaboration to help our sales campaigns and inform business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Director of Finance in duties surrounding our company’s sales campaigns and financial strength.
• Comfortably engage with Manager, Lead, and Associate level employees.
• Produce and support standardized, regularly updated reports to assist key stakeholders at the business including our Director of Finance, Sales team, and FP&A team.
• Assist in administering financial operations including sales commissions, recordkeeping, reconciliation, and research.
• Administer and support business operations, specifically sales operations, from the lens of a financial operations role.
• Produce deliverables within daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly schedules and tasks to meet our company’s dynamic needs through effective communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of full time work experience in financial analysis, financial operations, or a relatable role.
• Excellent data entry and large dataset navigation skills.
• Excellent English executive-level verbal and written communication skills;
• Critical-thinking and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and perform with a low to moderate level of oversight.
• Attention to detail while balancing multiple, concurrent needs.

Nice to have:

• Experience at a sales company or sales channel.
• Knowledge of or experience in the energy industry.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, Work U.S. hours (GMT-7)
