Account Manager

• Build strong client relationships and drive engagement through proactive communication.
• Support retention and growth initiatives by identifying client needs.
• Requires 1–2 years in client success or account management and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (The schedule is flexible but requires full-time availability within this range)

Client Onboarding Specialist

• Support new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring accurate setup.
• Assist with scheduling, process documentation, and client communication.
• Requires 1–2 years in a client support or administrative role and strong attention to detail.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (The schedule is flexible but requires full-time availability within this range)

Customer Support Representative 

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues via phone, chat, and email.
• Process service requests and maintain accurate records.
• Requires a minimum of one year of customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Service Administrator

• Manage service operations, scheduling, and inventory processes.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service execution.
• Requires 2+ years of experience in service coordination and strong organizational skills.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (The schedule is flexible but requires full-time availability within this range)
