Your Key Responsibilities

Client Development

• Win new business across Europe and beyond
• Build lasting client partnerships by understanding hiring needs
• Negotiate terms and secure placement agreements

Talent Acquisition

• Source top talent via LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen, interview, and match candidates to client roles
• Manage the full hiring process from interview to onboarding

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain accurate CRM records and job postings
• Support branding and ensure service excellence

Performance Goals

• Meet placement, revenue, and client acquisition targets

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related fields (preferred)
• Recruitment experience is a bonus — drive and ambition are a must
• Proactive, results-oriented, and an excellent communicator
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Confident, resilient, and eager to grow
• Great at juggling priorities and staying positive under pressure
• Passionate about people and performance
