Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at Saxe Group, you will be a key driver of our growth, focusing on building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and offering tailored engineering solutions that meet client needs. You’ll collaborate with architects, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver services that align with each project’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients to promote Saxe Group’s engineering services
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, fostering repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of quotes and proposals
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to refine sales strategies
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving overall company success
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in sales, ideally in engineering, construction, real estate, or related sectors
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- A solid understanding of the engineering or construction industry is a plus
- Availability to work from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, five days a week
