Quality Assurance Trainee (Temporary to Permanent) – 

Position Overview: We are seeking motivated Quality Assurance Trainees to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent full-time position upon successful completion of the training program. This role involves comprehensive training, including coursework, shadowing experienced staff, and hands-on claim file work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess property claim files for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with professional staff to ensure high-quality standards.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all claim file reviews.
• Read, review, and correct insurance claims documents.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
