Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat to German or Italian-speaking customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
- Manage and update customer records in the CRM system
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German or Italian (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus
