We are looking for an experienced Industrial Designer to lead the design and development of products that address real-world challenges, ensuring a perfect balance of form, function, and manufacturability.

Location: ITBM Logistics, Dobratin, Gracanice, Kosovo

Type: Regular Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Invention & Development: Develop innovative product concepts based on user research, market trends, and stakeholder requirements.
• 3D Modeling & Prototyping: Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360) and develop prototypes to test and refine design concepts.
• Material & Manufacturing Processes: Select appropriate materials and manufacturing techniques that align with product goals, cost considerations, and sustainability practices.
• User-Centered Design: Conduct research to understand user needs and behaviors, ensuring that products are functional, ergonomic, and user-friendly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure product designs are feasible for mass production and align with business objectives.
• Design Iteration: Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing outcomes, and technical evaluations to continually improve the product.
• Visual Presentation: Create high-quality renderings, sketches, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and clients.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry advancements to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial or product design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, AutoCAD. Experience with rendering tools like KeyShot is a plus.
• Ability to develop creative solutions that balance aesthetics, function, and manufacturability.
• Experience with creating prototypes, whether physical or digital, to test and validate designs.
• Strong understanding of materials, including metals, plastics, composites, and sustainable materials, and how they are used in manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail in both visual design and technical specifications.
