About the Job:

As a Manager – Corporate Development, you will play a key role in executing our strategic objectives. You will manage global corporate projects, work closely with our Group CEO and Group CCO, and support the management in strategic initiatives. Your role includes conducting analyses and developing sales strategies in collaboration with the management board. This position is preferably based in Pristina, with occasional business trips to our office in Germany.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate global corporate projects.
• Collaborate closely with CEOs in India, Kosovo, and other locations.
• Structure and optimize group-wide reporting and create presentations and dashboards.
• Conduct KPI analyses and identify strategic opportunities.
• Support the development and analysis of sales strategies.
• Support the preparation of RFQs for strategic clients.
• Handle sensitive information and data with confidentiality.

Your Profile:

• Highly analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English (German language skills is an advantage)
• Strong Microsoft Office (Excel + Powerpoint) Skills
• Experience with contracts, finance, and financial modeling.
• Interest in sales, sales funnels, and sales KPIs.
• Solid project management and data analysis experience.
• Careful handling of sensitive information with high confidentiality.
