We are seeking an experienced and motivated Training Manager to lead our employee development initiatives through hosting creative training programs and evaluating current programs. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. 

Location: Prishtine, Kosovo

Type: Regular Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs that align with the company’s goals and strategic objectives.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers.
  • Create and update training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and other educational content.
  • Deliver training sessions through a variety of methods, including in-person, online, and blended learning formats.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring outcomes, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees to ensure they receive the necessary training and support.
  • Track and report on training completion rates, effectiveness, and employee performance improvements.
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure training programs meet business needs and address skill gaps.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in training, learning, and development.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and various training methods.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
