We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer with a strong foundation in Python, AWS Lambda, and microservice architecture to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python, AWS Lambda, and microservice architecture.
• Collaborate with product and frontend teams to design, build, and integrate backend services into our CRM/ERP system for real estate brokerage companies.
• Develop, deploy, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices using modern frameworks.
• Work with AWS services (e.g., DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway) to build and maintain serverless and scalable applications.
• Integrate various third-party APIs and services as part of the CRM/ERP solution.
• Optimize backend systems for performance, efciency, and scalability.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the entire stack.
• Mentor junior developers and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
• Implement best practices for security, data integrity, and disaster recovery, with a strong focus on cloud and serverless environments.
• Contribute to DevOps efforts by managing CI/CD pipelines and automating deployments with infrastructure-as-code tools.

Qualifcations:

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python.
• Profcient in AWS Lambda and serverless architectures.
• Excellent English Language (Speaking, Writing etc)
• Experience building and maintaining microservice architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS services like API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and RDS.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript (especially Node.js) for serverless or full-stack applications.
• Experience with Go (Golang) for performance-focused microservices.
• Expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with GraphQL for API development.
• Profciency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Bash/Shell scripting for automating cloud infrastructure tasks.
• Working knowledge of DevOps tools and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience in building and integrating CRM/ERP systems is a major plus.
• Solid understanding of backend security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Preferred Qualifcations:

• Familiarity with PHP or Ruby for legacy system integration.
• Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., using AWS SNS/SQS).
• Knowledge of GraphQL for building fexible, performant APIs.
• Experience in real estate technology or working on similar platforms is a plus.
