We are hiring:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing efforts, with a primary focus on LinkedIn marketing. This role requires expertise in social media strategy, video editing, and website management. The ideal candidate will drive brand presence through content and strategic initiatives.
The goal is to increase market exposure to the national market of building owners, developers, large general contracting firms, construction management firms, etc., with a focus on commercial real estate. Managing the company’s LinkedIn page will be a priority.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Social Medial Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for our LinkedIn page to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Our primary target market consists of companies in the commercial and industrial real estate (building owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, engineers, architects, etc.)
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including posts, videos, images, articles, and updates that align with our brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics to track performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Content Creation and Video Editing
- Produce and edit engaging video/image content for LinkedIn and other platforms, including promotional videos, company updates, project videos/images, and team/leadership pieces.
- Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create polished and professional multimedia content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
- Website Editing and Management
- Oversee updates and maintenance of the company website to ensure content is current, relevant, and optimized for user experience.
- Make necessary website edits, including content updates, layout adjustments, and visual enhancements.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement new features and improvements.
- Campaign Planning and Execution
- Design and execute social media campaigns and initiatives to support marketing goals and business objectives.
- Coordinate with other marketing team members to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Brand Consistency and Messaging
- Maintain consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across LinkedIn and other marketing channels.
- Ensure all content and communications reflect the company’s values and goals.
- Engagement and Community Management
- Engage with LinkedIn followers and connections by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers, thought leaders, and potential clients.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance marketing strategies.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, and/or a related field.
- Job experience (3+ years) in social media management, particularly with LinkedIn, including content creation and campaign execution.
- Strong video editing skills with proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Experience in website management and editing, including familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience with additional marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation software).
- Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
