Job Description
We are searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist Cyber Academy departments with day-to-day organizational tasks. You will communicate with students, instructors, and visitors of Cyber Academy to ensure the successful resolution of administrative issues.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations;
- Answer phone calls, emails, schedule appointments, and assist clients and other visitors;
- Manage calendars for senior staff, including making travel arrangements;
- Receive and validate applications to courses, onboard and support students during the course duration;
- Collaborate with the team of instructors to maintain schedules, record-keeping, and reporting;
- Organize, track, and maintain student records and files;
- Create and schedule posts for social media;
- Perform other administrative duties.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor degree
Professional Experience:
Experience in communication with customers.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in educational establishments.

- High-quality written and spoken English;
