Job Overview: We are seeking a highly meticulous and organized Quality Assurance Manager to lead our auditing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all audits are conducted accurately and efficiently while upholding the highest quality standards. Your exceptional communication and leadership skills will be essential in guiding and mentoring our auditors. Proficiency in Excel and a keen eye for detail are critical as you analyze data and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the auditing team, ensuring effective and efficient audit processes.
- Develop and implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in audits.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and track performance metrics.
- Demonstrate the ability to work within a set budget, ensuring all resources are allocated effectively and financial goals are met.
- Review audit findings to ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to auditors, fostering their professional growth and maintaining high performance standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to address issues, implement corrective actions, and monitor progress.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality and performance, presenting them to upper management.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and incorporate relevant changes into audit procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing and managerial roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
