Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced UX/UI Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in designing web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UX principles and the ability to translate user requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs. Proficiency in Figma is essential, as well as experience in creating responsive designs that are both functional and visually appealing across various devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development:
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective and intuitive designs.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design complex, scalable web-based applications with a focus on usability and performance.
• Responsive Design:
• Develop responsive designs that work optimally on different devices and screen sizes, including desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Ensure designs are both functional and aesthetically pleasing across all platforms.
• Tool Proficiency:
• Figma: Lead and manage complex design projects using Figma, ensuring efficient collaboration with team members.
• Additional Tools: Experience with other design and prototyping tools is advantageous but secondary to Figma proficiency.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs.
• Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Web-Based Application Design:
• Focus on the design of complex web-based applications rather than traditional websites.
• Address unique challenges related to usability, performance, and scalability in web-based applications.
• A basic understanding and experience in mobile application design is a plus.
• Stay Updated:
• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• At least 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on web-based applications.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of UX principles and their application in UI design.
• Proven ability to create responsive layouts that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Proficiency in Figma is essential; experience with other design tools is a plus.
• Sound experience in designing complex web-based applications.
• Basic understanding of mobile application design is an advantage.
