Job Title: Appointment Specialist – Night Shift
Location: On-Site, Icon Towers – Prishtina, Kosovo
Shift: 6 PM – 2 AM
Compensation: : €700 – €800 per month

Position Overview:
As an Appointment Specialist, you will be responsible for scheduling property viewings, ensuring seamless communication between clients and agents, and managing the appointment calendar. Your role will require you to provide excellent customer service, handling both inbound and outbound calls, as well as emailing clients with property options tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and schedule property viewings.
• Make outbound calls to clients to suggest available units that meet their criteria.
• Send emails from our database with unit options that align with client preferences.
• Manage the calendar to ensure viewings are scheduled efficiently, allowing sufficient drive time for agents.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related area.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work a 6 PM – 2 AM shift.
