We are seeking a Deputy Project Manager to assist in managing and delivering key projects within our organization. The Deputy PM will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Location: Prishtine, Kosovo
Type: Regular Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they meet established goals and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to the Project Manager and senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and challenges.
- Support the management of project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and expenses are tracked accurately.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Lead project meetings in the Project Manager’s absence, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned and follow-up actions are tracked.
- Assist with the resolution of any project-related issues, conflicts, or bottlenecks that may arise.
- Be ready to assist projects on-site abroad, requiring extensive travel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management or a related role, with a track record of successfully supporting complex projects.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
