We are seeking an HSE Manager to oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities within our organization. The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety programs that ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, reduce risk, and promote a culture of safety within the organization.

Location: ITBM Logistics, Dobrotin (Gracanica), Kosovo

Type: Regular Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs that comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and other relevant standards.
• Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• Provide training and education to employees on health, safety, and environmental practices and procedures.
• Manage waste disposal, pollution control, and other environmental protection programs to minimize the organization’s environmental footprint.
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of operations and decision-making.
• Prepare and present HSE reports, including metrics, trends, and recommendations, to senior management.
• Coordinate emergency response planning and drills, ensuring the organization is prepared for potential crises.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HSE management, with a proven track record of implementing successful safety and environmental programs.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and other relevant standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough investigations and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and educate employees at all levels.
