Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst with a strong background in bridging the gap between Product Owners and Developers. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Proficiency in German and a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business analysis are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications for the development team.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to refine requirements, identify solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process models, user stories, and use cases.
• Support the development team during the implementation phase, providing clarification and ensuring adherence to business requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the developed solutions meet the business needs.
• Identify areas for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance business efficiency.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Language: Proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Education: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar are an advantage.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in creating and optimizing business processes and workflows.
• Knowledge of software architecture and integration.
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
