About Us:

Keey is a dynamic Airbnb management company based in London, UK. We are expanding our operations and are looking for a talented Hospitality Administrator to join our team in Prishtina.

Position Overview:

As a Hospitality Administrator, your primary focus will be on managing guest communications with emotional intelligence and professionalism. You will ensure that all guest interactions are handled efficiently, contributing to a seamless guest experience. In addition, you will be responsible for listing optimization, pricing support, and implementing strategies to increase bookings and enhance the value and demand of our listings across platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.

Responsibilities:

Guest Communication:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries.
  • Handle all guest interactions with empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence.
  • Resolve guest issues and concerns efficiently to ensure a positive experience.

Listing Optimization:

  • Regularly review and update property listings to ensure accuracy and appeal.
  • Check and correct listing wording to maintain clarity and professionalism.
  • Ensure pricing is accurate and competitive, adjusting as needed.
  • Maintain and update the booking calendar to reflect current availability.

Strategy Implementation:

  • Develop and apply innovative techniques to improve listing visibility and attractiveness.
  • Implement strategies to increase booking rates and enhance the overall value of our properties.
  • Adjust pricing and revenue optimization strategies to maximise booking occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to respond to guests professionally and patiently.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in listing optimization and pricing strategies.
  • Attention to detail in reviewing and updating listings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, and other relevant software.
