We are a young, dynamic company that has set itself the task of creating something new – a new technology: textile lighting systems. The use of textile lighting systems enables our customers from the automotive industry and many other industries to develop better products with the help of light: more useful, safer, more beautiful, more individual. We work in a small but steadily growing team of different experts with passion, enthusiasm and the „spirit” of a start-up – but with strong partners behind us. As a joint venture between the traditional companies AUNDE and MENTOR, we combine the know-how of textile design and technology with LED-based lighting technology. Our parent companies form our financial basis and provide infrastructure, sales and production for the components and systems developed by us.

To set up and administer the IT landscape (hardware and software) at our new production site in Obiliq / Kosovo, we are looking for full-time:

IT System and Network Administrator (m/f/d)

You will be happy to take over the following tasks:

• Establishment and administration, further development, provision, monitoring and commissioning of the existing local network landscape (WLAN / LAN / WAN).
• Setup and administration of Microsoft Active Directory, our Microsoft Windows server landscape and a VMware virtualization environment.
• Experience with Firewall
• Documentation of the IT infrastructure
• Maintenance, optimization and further development of used applications as well as change and patch Management.
• Support of ERP software for integration and application
• Support for 1st and 2nd level support

We are very happy if you have the following skills:

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration
• Network know-how for the integration of server systems
• In-depth knowledge of Windows infrastructures
• In-depth knowledge of user configuration and service delivery
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with proAlpha
• Independent and self-reliant work
• Logical mindset and quick comprehension
• Systematic and analytical way of working, characterized by customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to Germany occasionally, if needed.
