About the job: 

We’re seeking an English-speaking Sales Manager join our dynamic Sales team at Borek Solutions. As a global company headquartered in Braunschweig, Germany, Kosovo, we specialize in IT, Business Process Management, and Sales. Our mission is to help our partners overcome talent shortages and accelerate their growth.

  1. Plan and Oversee Sales Projects:
    • Develop project plans outlining sales strategies and timelines.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  2. Monitor and Report Progress:
    • Track project milestones and deliverables.
    • Prepare regular status reports for senior management.

Lead Generation:

  1. Develop Lead Generation Strategies:
    • Design and implement effective lead generation campaigns.
    • Utilize various channels like digital marketing and email campaigns.
  2. Lead Qualification:
    • Implement a lead qualification process to identify high-potential prospects.
    • Use CRM systems to track and manage leads.

Data Research:

  1. Market and Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct research on market trends and competitive landscape.
    • Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
  2. Reporting and Insights:
    • Generate sales reports to provide insights into performance and trends.
    • Present findings to senior management for strategic planning.

General Sales Management:

  1. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities.
  2. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
    • Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
