INTERNATIONAL HEADHUNTER

This position is posted on behalf of an international company that is looking for talented individuals to join their team on-site in Prishtina in a full-time position.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Work as a Headhunter on-site in Prishtina and serve top-tier international clients in both Europe and USA that are trying to allocate talent on a daily basis.

STRICT REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor Degree
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 1-2 years of uninterrupted experience dealing with either headhunting, recruitment or something similar where you needed to allocate individuals internationally.

SALARY: – (Gross)

• Monthly Base: 1200 EUR
• Monthly On-Target Commission: 900 EUR
• Monthly On-Target Salary: 2100 EUR
• UNCAPPED COMMISSION – Earn exponentially more beyond the monthly target.
