Our growing Company, based in New York City, is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an Outreach Representative. This role is crucial in expanding our client base by reaching out to existing companies and individuals, as well as scheduling and coordinating ongoing work. We are looking for dedicated, proactive, and organized individuals with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients.
• Establish and nurture relationships with existing companies and individuals to win their business.
• Schedule and coordinate ongoing work with current clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct follow-ups on leads and prospects to convert them into business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, client interactions, and scheduled work.
• Provide comprehensive support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our client base.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic computer skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with spreadsheets and word processing documents.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Availability to work from 14:00 to 22:00 (on-site) from our office in Prishtina.
