Overview:
Royal York Property Management is seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our dynamic team on a part-time or contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video, with the ability to capture the essence of properties and convey our brand’s message to our audience. This role involves creating high-quality video content that highlights our property listings, corporate events, and promotional materials, supporting our marketing and communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video projects that align with our brand’s vision and marketing strategy.
- Film and edit video content, including but not limited to marketing campaigns and corporate events.
- Manage all aspects of video production from pre-production planning to post- production editing, including sound, music, and visual effects.
- Ensure all video content meets quality standards and is delivered within the specified timelines.
- Operate and maintain all video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video production technologies and techniques to enhance content quality and engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to analyze video performance metrics and make recommendations for future video projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics in video production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative and innovative thinker with attention to detail.
- Flexible availability to accommodate filming schedules, including occasional weekends and evenings.
- Owns high-quality video equipment is preferred.
- A degree in Media Production, or related field is advantageous but not required.
Working Conditions:
- This position is offered on a part-time or contract basis. Hours and workload will vary depending on project needs.
- Work will primarily be on-location at our company or at corporate events, with flexibility for remote editing tasks.

Editing Requirements:
- Incorporate smooth transitions between scenes.
- Add background music that complements the theme of the video. Ensure the music is royalty-free or properly licensed for commercial use.
- Include text overlays or captions that highlight key messages or features you want to convey, such as “Comfort,” “Elegance,” “Your Next Home Awaits,” etc.
- Apply color correction or grading to enhance the visual appeal and maintain consistency across different stock footage clips.
Submission Guidelines:
