Job Title: Account Executive
Company: Three Folders
Location: Prishtina, Kosovo
Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 1-10 CET
- Friday: 10-6 CET
- In-office
- 44 hours per week (including 1-hour lunch break)

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of nurturing existing relationships, neutralising competitive threats, and ensuring client satisfaction. As an Account Executive, your proactive approach and keen insight will help identify client growth opportunities before they arise. Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients and partners by understanding their needs and anticipating future needs.
- Coordinate both internal and external resources to streamline workflow.
- Facilitate communication between upper management and staff.
- Stay informed about our offerings and industry trends.
- Achieve organisational goals while adhering to best practices.
April 16-18 – Industry Conference in Berlin:
- Network with key industry leaders and potential clients.
- Schedule follow-up meetings and discussions.
- Represent Three Folders and promote our products and services.
Duties in Sales and Client Relationship:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Administrative Support to Sales Directors:
- Coordinate sales directors’ schedules and meetings.
- Organize travel and accommodation arrangements.
Sales Operations & Strategy Development:
- Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions.
- Develop sales pitches and presentations.
- Contribute to the creation of sales collateral and materials.
Client Relationship Management:
- Respond to client inquiries through various channels like email, phone, and messaging apps.
- Coordinate with the sales and finance teams on client invoicing and budgeting.
- Organize and maintain client information in CRMs.
Sales Growth and Opportunity Identification:
- Identify and analyze client needs to uncover sales opportunities.
- Organize and lead monthly meetings with key stakeholders to strengthen relationships and explore upselling opportunities.
- Develop and expand the account executive team, identifying and training new talent.
Future Development and Career Progression:
- Performance review after a 3-month probation period to discuss career progression opportunities.
- Potential growth paths include Sales Manager, Senior Account Executive, or Sales Strategy Director.
- Commitment to professional development and support for industry-recognized qualifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Three years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
- Proficiency in understanding client needs and negotiating costs and services.
- Skilled in CRM software with a willingness to learn new systems.
- Willingness to travel for client and prospect meetings.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Multilingual proficiency. (Optional)
- Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses.
- Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems.
