What do you need to be a part of our team?

• English Level C1 (speaking, writing, listening)
• Full-Time availability, Monday to Friday, 15.00 – 23.00
• Location: On-Site (Tirana, Albania/ Prishtina, Kosovo)
• Hiring Position – Travel Agent Specialist

Job Duties

• Plan and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
• Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
• Enter data into our software and maintain client files
• Maintain statistical and financial records
• Meet profit and sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Travel Agent
• Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems such as Sabre, GDS systems and e-travelling
• Fluency in English; multilingualism is a must
