Request for Proposals (RFP) for Translation Services

Project Overview: MFI KosInvest is seeking qualified language service providers to undertake translation services for the languages in Albanian (ALB), Serbian (SRB), and English (ENG). The purpose of this translation project is to ensure accurate, professional, and culturally appropriate communication across these languages.

Scope of Work: The selected vendor will be responsible for translating various documents, including but not limited to:

1. Legal & Compliance Documents
2. Finance Documents
3. Procurement Documents
4. Risk Documents
5. Internal Control Documents
6. Administration Documents
7. HR Documents
8. Operation Documents
9. Audit Documents
10. IT & Technical Documents
11. Marketing Documents
12. Business Correspondence
13. Other Relevant Materials

Languages:

• Albanian (ALB)
• Serbian (SRB)
• English (ENG)

Qualifications and Requirements: The prospective vendors must possess the following qualifications and capabilities:

1. Proven experience in providing high-quality translation services for the specified languages.
2. Demonstrated expertise in legal, technical, marketing, and general document translation.
3. A team of qualified and native-speaking translators for each language.
4. Adherence to deadlines and ability to handle large volumes of work.
5. Quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and culturally sensitive translations.
6. Familiarity with industry-standard translation tools and technologies.

Proposal Submission: Interested vendors are invited to submit their proposals by 01 December proposals should include:

1. Company profile, including experience in providing translation services.
2. Details of the translation team, including qualifications and experience.
3. Samples of previous translation work, particularly in the specified languages.
4. Proposed pricing structure and payment terms.
5. Estimated timeframes for completion of translation projects.
6. Any relevant certifications or accreditations (Optional).
7. All proposals must be submitted to our office in closed envelopes.

Selection Criteria: The selection of the language service provider will be based on the following criteria:

1. Experience and expertise in translation services.
2. Quality of previous work samples.
3. Pricing and payment terms.
4. Timeliness of project delivery.
5. References from previous clients.
