Location: Pristina, Kosovo

The Ortus Club is a b2b marketing company specialized in virtual and in-person knowledge-sharing discussions. We run approximately 50 events a month for our clients and help them create environments that can start meaningful business relationships, globally.

The Role

As a Follow-Up Director, you will be in charge of helping connect the senior-level executives and top decision-makers who attend our events with our clients. You will act as a key component in ensuring the relationship between the executives attending our knowledge-sharing discussions and the clients who help organize the event is solidified.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and event guests
  • Reaching out to guests and clients to arrange meetings between them
  • Conducting outbound calls, messaging, and email communications
  • Provide support in the guesting of Ortus Club events
  • Ensuring that we keep an excellent meeting attendance rate and post-event response rate 
  • Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve our events and create a positive and impactful guest and client experience
  • Acting as a point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, or issues, and working collaboratively with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions
  • Monitoring and updating all relevant sheets with vital event information (e.g., guest list, contact information, event schedules)
  • Maintaining accurate records and data, and ensuring the timely completion of administrative tasks
  • Drive successful conversion of incoming calls into confirmed appointments, maximizing the number of qualified leads scheduled for further engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
  • Fluency in English (bonus for fluency in French, Italian, Spanish, or German)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fast learner and keen attention to detail
  • Capacity to adapt to different environments and out-of-the-box situations
  • Impeccable work ethic and high level of energy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Experience working with outbound calls
