We are currently searching for a HR Administration for our client, Lidl, at their office in Prishtina.

Job duties & responsibilities:

Maintaining personnel files and other documents for legal purpose; Contact person for employees, providers and authorities;

Handling international matters: global mobility / international transfer and business travel; Ensuring payroll inputs (time sheets, travel expenses etc.) are accurate & completed on time.

Requirements for this position are:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other relevant field;
• Good level knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• High level of knowledge of English (at least B2 level);
• The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
