We are currently searching for a Real Estate Specialist (Acquisitor) for our client, Lidl, at their office in Prishtina.

Job duties & responsibilities:

• Looking for and evaluating potential real estate/land locations;
• Estabilishing and maintaining contacts with suppliers responsible for the construction of facilities and infrastructure, as well as with local governments, municipal and national authorities;
• Conducting negotiations for land purchases;
• Preparing real estate purchase agreements.

Requirements for this position are:

•  Bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture, law or economics;
•  Driving license B category;
•  Good level of English, minimum B1;
•  Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
•  Availability to travel (over 80%).
