About the Role

Our client is a is a Salesforce-native sales engagement platform that empowers revenue teams to orchestrate outbound, inbound, and follow-up sales motions directly within Salesforce. As a leader in enterprise sales acceleration, our client helps top-performing sales organizations drive productivity, visibility, and outcomes without sacrificing compliance or user experience. Our client is are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Software Developer to join our growing engineering team. This individual will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining native Salesforce applications that power the company’s platform. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce architecture, and understands the nuances of building scalable, secure, and high-performance apps within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce-native solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows.
• Architect and implement complex features that enhance user experience, system integration, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize performance and scalability of the Conquer application across large enterprise Salesforce orgs.
• Conduct peer code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and contribute to CI/CD practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall health and improvement of the Salesforce codebase and processes.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, features, and best practices.

Required Qualifications 

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Platform including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, and Batch Classes.
• Proven experience with large-scale, enterprise-grade Salesforce app development.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, packaging, and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security, governor limits, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce object model, data structures, and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce-native managed packages.
• Background in high-availability SaaS environments.
• Exposure to JavaScript frameworks, Git, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
