Back Office & Operations Specialist 
 
Summary: For a fast-growing law firm (Lexr Law) with offices in Switzerland and Germany ,we are looking for a proactive and organized Back Office & Operations Specialist to support our growing team. You’ll play a key role in recruiting, HR, sales & marketing operations, and executive support, ensuring smooth processes across these areas. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, coordination, and facilitating operations in a fast-paced environment.
 
What You Will Do:
Recruiting Operations:
  • Publish job descriptions and manage recruitment budgets.
  • Screen and manage candidate CVs.
  • Coordinate recruiting processes including candidate communication, interview scheduling, managing feedback and handling rejections.
HR Operations:
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding (licenses, accounts, benefit schemes).
  • Organize meetings and handle documentation and communication with new hires and leaving employees.
Sales & Marketing Operations:
  • Support event preparation tasks.
  • Research and compile lists of relevant industry events across various locations.
  • Facilitate sales outreach activities through team member accounts.  
  • Manage orders for business cards and other basic promotional materials.
Executive & COO Support:
  • Provide direct support to executives, including calendar management.
  • Assist with operational tasks and ad hoc projects as needed.

​Requirements:
  • Fluent in German and English: Both languages are a must to navigate job tasks and team communication.
  • Organizational & Process Management Skills: You love organizing and managing processes.
  • Tech-Savvy: You have an affinity for technology, are skilled in office software, and are enthusiastic about exploring new tech.
  • Excellent Communication: Your communication skills are clear, to-the-point, and tailored to the situation.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with others. You give and take constructive feedback and are part of an environment where everyone grows with each iteration.
  • Enthusiastic & Hands-On: Your open and enthusiastic nature inspires others, and you’re always ready to get involved and solve problems.
  • Background and Experience: Ideally you have a business-related degree and 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a business or operations context.

Additional Information
Schedule: Full-time / 37.5 hours a week
Employee status: Fixed Term
Working location: Prishtina, Lagja Muhagjerve, Ali Kelmendi, Prima Group Residence.
Salary range: EUR 1200-1500
