TEB tani po kërkon studentë në fazën e fundit të studimeve apo të diplomuar për t’u angazhuar në  programin për fillestarë në afarizmin bankar, për të gjitha degët ku operon. Përmes kësaj mundësie  kandidatët e interesuar do të mund te kyqen ne programin interaktiv hyrës të praktikës që do të zgjasë 3  muaj.  

Përgjegjësitë: 

• Të jetë i përkushtuar në program në trajnimet në klasë, degët përkatëse si dhe zyrën qëndrore. 
• Të jetë pjesë interaktive e programit 
• Të tregoj interesim në zhvillimin personal dhe profesional në bashkëpunim me kandidatët tjerë të  grupit dhe trajnerët. 
• Të adaptohet lehtë me kërkesat e programit 
• Detyra tjera relevante të caktuar nga mbikëqyrësi direkt 

Kualifikimet e kërkuara: 

• Studentë në përfundim të studimeve apo te diplomuar në fakultetet e Shkencave Shoqërore, Ekonomik,  Agrobiznes, Teknologji Informative, ose edhe fushave tjera nëse e ndijnë vetën sfidues. 
• Njohuri të shkëlqyeshme të gjuhës Shqipe dhe Angleze në të folur dhe shkruar.
• Anëtar i mirë i ekipit dhe aftësi të shkëlqyera komunikuese.  
• E obligueshme: njohuri e MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).  

Ofrohet kontratë praktike për tre (3) muaj.

Internship Opportunity

TEB is now looking for students in the final phase of studies or graduates to engage in the program for  beginners in banking business, for all branches where it operates. Through this opportunity, the interested  candidates will be able to attend the interactive internship program that will last for 3 months.  

Responsibilities: 

• To be committed to the classroom training program, the relevant branches and head office.
• To be an interactive part of the program 
• To show interest in personal and professional development in cooperation with other group  candidates and trainers. 
• To easily adapt to program requirements. 

Required qualifications: 

• Students at the end of their studies or graduates at the faculties of Social Sciences, Economics,  Agribusiness, Information Technology, or other fields if they feel challenging themselves.
• Excellent knowledge of Albanian and English in spoken and written language.
• Good team member and excellent communication skills. 
• Mandatory: knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).  

Internship contract is offered for three (3) months, with job opportunity.
