Video Editor (Remote) – TikTok, Reels, Shorts

In this role, you’ll be creating engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — working closely with a creative team behind one of the UK’s most exciting bakery brands.

About The Role

Responsibilities:

80% Video Editing

• ​ Edit short-form videos (typically 60–90 seconds) using footage we provide
• ​ Add captions, overlays, transitions, music, and trending audio
• ​Optimise videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• ​Join daily check-ins with the team to confirm the status of upcoming and in-progress videos

10% Content Strategy

• ​Research creators, formats, and trends to bring fresh ideas to the table
• Collaborate with the team on creative direction and concept development
• ​Host weekly meetings to review video performance, share insights, and suggest improvements
• ​Monitor audience reactions by reviewing comments on the videos you’ve edited

10% Posting & Content Organisation

• ​ Upload, schedule, and repurpose content across platforms
• ​ Maintain and organise a growing video library to ensure an efficient editing workflow

Must have:

• ​ Be fluent in English.
• ​ Have at least 1-year experience in a video editing role
• ​ Be able to work from 10am-6pm (Kosovo Timezone), these working hours are strict.
• ​ Have a constant and reliable internet connection.
• ​ During working hours, be reachable and provide quick responses

Skills Required

• ​Proficient in editing software (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• ​Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• ​Open to feedback and confident collaborating with others
• High attention to detail
• ​Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
