We’re happy to announce that F.A.R. Logistics is opening its newest office right here in Gjakova, near the iconic Clock Tower – and we’re hiring! 

We’re building a strong local team and looking for 6 motivated individuals to join us: 

• 3 in Sales Representatives 
• 3 in Operations

OPEN POSITIONS – Full–Time | In–Office | Gjakova (Near the Clock Tower) 

Sales Representatives (3 openings) 

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 15:00 – 23:00 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify and connect with potential clients across the U.S. logistics market 
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support the sales pipeline and follow up on leads
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure excellent service
• Maintain accurate records of client communication and deals in the CRM system
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity 

Operations Team Members (3 openings) 

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 15:00 – 23:00 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate the movement of shipments (intermodal and trucking) across the U.S. 
• Communicate with drivers, ports, rail terminals, and customers 
• Track shipments and resolve service issues
• Support the sales team with timely updates and follow-ups
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of shipments 
• Monitor schedules to avoid delays, demurrage, or extra charges 

Requirements for All Positions 

• Strong English skills – both spoken and written, for smooth and professional communication with our U.S.A. based clients and partners 
• Confident, clear communication – essential for collaboration with internal teams and external contacts 
• Comfortable with computers – ability to work with email, spreadsheets, and learn internal systems 
• Highly organized and dependable – capable of managing multiple tasks and  following through on responsibilities 
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment – adaptability and collaboration are key 
• Quick to learn, eager to grow – we provide full training, and your willingness to improve is what counts 
• Previous experience in logistics or transportation is a strong advantage, but not required 
• Education: A university degree is not required, but considered an advantage
