We are an accredited Certification Body providing audit and certification services for a global client base, and we are currently looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our team in Prishtina in the role of Business Development Coordinator.

 II.  Job Purpose

The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Commercial Department build relationships with potential clients and partners. He/she will be assisting in maintaining relationships with actual clients and partners, as well as building new ones.

  • Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with potential clients and partners through different communication channels; emails, strategic telephone conversations, etc.
  • Develop and maintain target account lists to ensure a continuous pipeline of potential clients and partners
  • Develop customer proposals, collateral, and presentation requests
  • Perform regular market analysis – identify and target new and existing services, opportunities, and market changes/conditions
  • Develop and update the partnership model(s) for different market channels and territories
  • Identify and contact potential organizations that qualify for MSECB partnerships and/or potential clients
  • Create scripts for presentations and conversations based on specific market segments
  • Maintain a well-defined call cycle in the field
  • Develop negotiating strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials of partnerships
  • Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs
  • Accomplish department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Perform/conduct and maintain Market Intelligence by being up to date with trends of the ISO industry
  • Other related duties as assigned by Management

  III.  Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, International Relations, or another related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of Business Development and/or Sals in B2B
  • Have a good business sense, strong negotiation skills, and a positive attitude. Work well independently with minimum supervision
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present work from concepts to final execution
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
  • A consistently positive attitude as well as a high level of enthusiasm and initiative
