Job Title: Marketing Specialist(Fully Remote)

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a tech-savvy marketing professional who has hands-on experience building and configuring GoHighLevel(CRM) and Apollo.io from scratch — no prebuilt campaigns, no templates, and no plug-and-play automation at the moment. You’ll be responsible for setting up our entire CRM ecosystem, designing outbound campaigns, writing email content, and driving engagement with leads.

Bonus points if you have experience in the MSP, IT, or cloud technology space, as you’ll be marketing to business owners and IT decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and configure GoHighLevel CRM from scratch (pipelines, workflows, automations, lead forms, triggers, reporting dashboards)
  
• Set up and manage Apollo.io for outbound lead generation — including sequences, data enrichment, and lead segmentation
  
• Develop and write custom email campaigns, landing pages, and sales funnel content
  
• Strategically map the customer journey and automation flow across both platforms
  
• Generate and organize targeted lead lists based on industry, role, and region
  
• Monitor performance analytics and refine campaigns based on results
  
• Actively engage leads through email, SMS, or LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English – both written and spoken communication must be clear and professional
• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, automation, or sales enablement
  
• Proven experience building GoHighLevel CRM(or other CRM) and Apollo.io systems from scratch
  
• Strong copywriting skills for professional email, landing pages, and sales collateral
  
• Comfortable working without existing templates or prebuilt processes
  
• Familiarity with the MSP or IT services industry is strongly preferred
  
• Experience with marketing automation, lead funnels, and contact enrichment
  
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  

Nice to Have:

• SEO or paid ad campaign experience (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  
• Graphic design or video content creation for marketing materials
  
• Familiarity with other tools like Zapie(or other automation tool)
