Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst Intern to join Keey. This role will focus on calendar pricing, pricing optimization, and using data to maximize our Airbnb hosts’ earnings. As part of the team, you will work closely with industry experts to refine our pricing strategies and help property owners achieve the highest possible returns on their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pricing Optimization: Analyze and optimize pricing strategies for properties listed on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and others.
• Calendar Pricing: Set and adjust pricing based on demand, seasonality, and market trends to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Data Analysis: Use data to analyze pricing trends and recommend improvements to increase profitability.
• Reporting: Prepare and present pricing reports to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to refine pricing strategies and optimize performance for Keey’s portfolio of properties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Economics, Business, or Finance.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to drive decisions.
• Fluent in English (strong verbal and written communication skills).
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excel proficiency (experience with other data analysis tools is a plus).
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
