Customer Care Agent – (Temporary)
We are seeking Temporary Customer Care Agents to be ready on call for short projects throughout the year. These projects typically last from two weeks up to two months and can lead to full-time work.

Job Description:
- Communicate effectively in English to meet customer satisfaction.
- Consider process improvements on a continuous basis and share with Leadership.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls to English speaking clients.
- Ability to manage difficult situations and empathize with customers.
- Ability to provide solutions that leave the customer satisfied with the resolution.
- No selling is involved with this position – only Customer Support for USA English speaking clients.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Well versed in standard computer software (MS Office).
- Excellent English verbal communication skills.
Quality Assurance Trainee (Temporary to Permanent) –
Position Overview: We are seeking motivated Quality Assurance Trainees to join our team on a temporary basis, with strong potential for a permanent full-time position for highly motivated trainees upon successful completion of the training program. The program runs from 4 to 6 weeks depending on the trainee. This paid training involves comprehensive training for property insurance claim reviews, including coursework, shadowing experienced staff, and hands-on claim file work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete the QA Training course.
- Participate in reviewing and assessing property claim files for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate and communicate with professionals in the USA to ensure high-quality standards.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all claim file reviews.
- Ability to read, comprehend, review, and correct insurance claims according to client guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Professional attitude with eagerness to learn a new skill.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Moderate to high level of spoken and written English is required.
- Construction, engineering or architecture background is a plus.
