We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support our growing team in Kosovo!
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruitment records
Your Profile:
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally in the call center industry
- Strong communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
- Confident with MS Office tools
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented
